Neil Sims
Neil’s career in executive search has historically focused on leading edge technology and innovation. His clients include Fortune 500 multinationals along with early-stage and mid-cap companies. He has worked closely with founders and venture investors on new business concepts as well as provided the leadership necessary to attract senior executives to global opportunities with large, multi-national companies. Today, along with projects in online search and advertising, enterprise computing, web 2.0, as well as mobile devices and applications, Neil is building a practice expertise in the emerging Cleantech category. He is leveraging the synergies of a career devoted to the rigors of scientific research and entrepreneurship.
Neil offers this emerging category of companies the competencies necessary to drive new product ideas through the development and go-to-market process that will result in commercial success. Neil has been quoted frequently by both industry and mainstream press on topics related to the leadership of the technology industry and trends effecting the future. Neil works to maintain an expert knowledge of the new directions of the scientific and technology industries. Neil has a well-established reputation for delivering key thought leadership and targeted skill sets to his clients. Neil serves on the board of directors of an early-stage solar manufacturing and energy company.
Brian Rodkey
Brian Rodkey is an analyst at The Nielsen Company where he works in consumer packaged goods marketing analytics. He attended Babson College studying International Business and while there studied abroad for a year in Paris, France at Université Dauphine. After graduating from Babson, Brian did a joint graduate degree program in Global Entrepreneurship which allowed him to study entrepreneurship and do consulting projects on three different continents at EMLyon Business School in Lyon, France; Zhejiang University School of Management in Hangzhou, China; and Babson’s Franklin W. Olin School of Business in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Cynthia Yeung
Cynthia Yeung is in the strategic partner development team at Google. She builds partnerships with public and private organizations across a variety of sectors - from aerial imagery and Street View to real estate search in Google Maps. She sits on the steering committee of the Gayglers, Google’s LGBT employee group, and served as the Gayglers’ point person for changes in benefits for Google’s LGBT employees in 2010. She also sits on the steering committee of PennGALA, the LGBT alumni group for the University of Pennsylvania.
Cynthia earned both a BAS from the School of Engineering and Applied Science and a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as part of the Management and Technology program..
Ryan MacCarrigan
Ryan MacCarrigan is the Marketing Manager at SourcePad, an early-stage web development startup where he manages the development of proprietary marketing applications that increase customer acquisition. He is also a co-organizer of the Best Practices Business Meetup, a monthly discussion series that aims to tap into the experience and knowledge of the most successful CEO’s and entrepreneurs. Previously, he served as the Director of Marketing at Empower Benefits, a web startup providing customized employee benefits solutions to large Fortune 500 clients. Before entering the startup world, Ryan worked in public relations for high-profile clients in technology and entertainment.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, where he was an editor for two popular undergraduate literary magazines and a member of the Alpha Delta Phi literary society.
