Ivy Food Tech’s Document Management is in Open Alpha.
Ivy Food Tech, one of the current companies in the StartOut Growth Lab has launched their open alpha. Ivy automates document management for the food supply chain. They help automate the sending, receiving and filing of documents from their user’s suppliers and customers. Ivy tracks expiration notifications, log actions, automatically file documents you’ve received and templatize document requests so customers can stop manually tracking their documents in Excel. Thier file system allows you to contextually retrieve the documents you want, when you want it without having to dig through multiple file folders.

The Rising Voice of the Youth: The Phluid Project.
In the heart and soul of NY’s NoHo neighborhood, The Phluid Project is the world’s first gender-free store. It is a world where gender is a spectrum and expressed authentically and individually, through fashion, café, and community. At the essence of The Phluid Project’s concept is inclusion, and thereby welcoming all races, genders, and ages. The rising voice of the youth rejects gender binaries and demands an environment and clothing collections which embrace such a perspective.
The Phluid Project is actively looking for $1M in funding to drive web sales from 2% (2018) to 30% (2019). Funding will be utilized to replicate the success of TPP’s store model online and reach and embrace a global online community.

Your Guide to History’s Greatest Homos.
By StartOut member Sebastian Hendra, Freelance Strategist
Historical Homos is proud to present the first volume guide to history’s greatest homos — now available in 70 pages of fabulously flashy print. Their mission is to make the legacy of history’s greatest LGBTQ+ figures more visible than ever before. All sales from this first volume will go toward funding a Kickstarter campaign for a much bigger book, involving more artists, writers, and historians.
Their Mentor Ryan MacCarrigan has coached them through the launch of the first book and is helping them learn from it to prepare for their crowdfunding campaign (for a much bigger book!).
