The invitation-only, private forum designed for LGBTQ+ leaders approaching defining moments in their careers.

An Exclusive Cohort

Legacy Circle convenes a select group of founders and senior executives building high-growth companies and approaching meaningful liquidity milestones. Join 20 leaders for three private gatherings, beginning in New York City this October.

This is not an accelerator or a networking event. It is a forum for peers navigating rapid scale, preparing for exit, and considering the broader impact of their success.

The dialogue is candid. Confidentiality is foundational. The experience is designed to reshape how leaders approach the next chapter of their careers—and their legacy.

The Experience

Legacy Circle is designed for LGBTQ+ leaders operating at the highest levels of growth and influence. This curated cohort is anchored by three in-person retreats and is supported by ongoing mentorship and advisory access across the full engagement.

  • October 27–28, 2026 in New York City
  • March, 2027 in New York City
  • June, 2027 in San Francisco

Retreats are crafted as high-impact, immersive experiences: confidential dialogue, private dinners, and curated cultural gatherings in an intentionally intimate environment. This setting fosters meaningful exchange with peers leading companies at scale and industry icons who have navigated similar paths.

Conversations are guided by LGBTQ+ leaders who have built, scaled, and exited transformative companies. Dialogue focuses on the strategic questions that define this stage of leadership, including:

  • Scaling companies from rapid growth to enduring enterprise
  • Capital strategy and positioning for liquidity events
  • Leadership evolution and high-stakes executive decision-making
  • Converting success into long-term impact and legacy

Participants gain direct access to leading mentors and UBS Financial Advisors. This guidance supports leaders in converting success into enduring impact.

The Room

This is a small room by design and attendance is intentionally limited to 20 participants.

Your peers are founders and senior leaders operating at meaningful revenue scale, managing sophisticated teams, and confronting the inflection points that come with sustained growth.

Every invitation is extended individually, and every participant is personally selected to create an experience that is intentional and powerful.

By Invitation Only

Legacy Circle does not accept open applications.

For the first time in history, a generation of LGBTQ+ founders is building companies at extraordinary scale. Legacy Circle ensures these leaders have a private forum to navigate the strategic, personal, and societal questions that come with success.

Invitations are extended selectively to reflect the level of dialogue this forum is designed to support.
